Young Somali-Americans try to repair their community’s image and the Muslim religion in general, after the massacre at the Nairobi shopping mall, when at least 72 people were killed; by making cartoons explaining that terrorism and suicide bombing contradicts the Koran.

The Somali terror group al-Shabab has claimed responsibility for the assault on the Westgate shopping mall, and Kenyan officials have said “two or three” Americans were involved. But FBI officials say the agency has yet to confirm the names and nationalities of the attackers.

  1. The Koran says nothing about explosives, which were not in use in Arabia at that time. The Koran speaks about those who “fight in the cause of Allah” (jihadis) who “kill and are killed” (Sahih International translation):

Indeed, Allah has purchased from the believers their lives and their properties [in exchange] for that they will have Paradise. They fight in the cause of Allah , so they kill and are killed. (9:111)

There it is: Paradise for jihadis who “kill and are killed”.

    The Koran speaks about terror:

“I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them” (8:12).

Remember that the Koran forms part of Islamic law: “…the rulings and the teachings of the Quran are not restricted by time and space. They are universal and trans-time. They can be applied today as they were applied 1400 years ago, and can still be applied till the end of time.”
Imam Ahmad Saad, North London Central Mosque

Islam is at permanent war with the West: Mohammed said “War is deceit”. This cartoon says what the West wants to hear. It is a deceit.
